Stuff Etc Quality Consignment Store is looking for a talented Retail Merchandising Lead to join our Cedar Rapids location. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of retail merchandising experience.  Candidates must also have 3 years supervisor experience.  We are looking for an adaptable, quality, charitable, energetic, dependable, friendly and unique individual to lead our associates and assist our customers and consignors.

The Retail Merchandising Lead in Cedar Rapids is responsible in ensuring all employees on the sales floor are meeting productivity requirements, following policies & procedures and customers/consignors are the top priority. This lead is responsible for ensuring items are being stocked in a timely manner. Resetting sales floor displays, creating attractive displays for our shoppers and keep the sales floor clean & organized.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 1-3 years of retail merchandising experience. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to train and motive sales associates. Candidates need to be able to prioritize and delegate work to meet all Stuff Etc guidelines and achieve company goals. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills.

This position requires 40 hours per week, with occasional night and weekend shifts. Weekend pay incentive of $2 more per hour when working on Saturdays and Sundays. The Merchandising Lead must be able to lift 50lbs and stand on their feet for the duration of their shift. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Candidates must have 1-3 years of retail merchandising experience.

A pricing specialist is responsible for accepting and pricing the merchandise that gets sold on the floor. We have openings for part time, both day and night shifts. Pricing team members work 2 Saturday shifts per month.
