We are looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys working with people, and has experience managing and developing a larger team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can confidently take charge, solve problems, set expectations, and keep the store running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop a large retail team
- Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure things run efficiently
- Provide an exceptional experience for our customers and consignors
- Coach employees and provide ongoing feedback and development
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage team members
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for performance
- Handle customer and consignor concerns professionally and effectively
- Maintain high standards for merchandising, cleanliness, organization, and customer service
- Monitor store performance and work toward sales and operational goals
- Jump in wherever needed — this is a fast-moving business, and no two days are exactly alike!
