Mary Sundblad-Greb knows how to start a successful business. Starting with a 600 sq. foot store in Iowa City, IA called Kids Stuff and Kountry Kreations, Mary transformed the Stuff Etc brand into a thriving business model.
Over its 33-year history, Stuff Etc has learned the ins and outs of the resale business and has refined its franchising process. Quickly spreading throughout Eastern Iowa, Stuff Etc plans to continue its growth throughout the Midwest. One of the first things that Mary learned was that each market is different; meaning that each store, style, and items carried must be unique.
Stuff Etc gathers their inventory from thousands of consignors who get paid for their items sold at their chosen Stuff Etc location. With some locations having 30,000 to 40,000 consignors, inventory is constantly changing and growing.
